Although originally scheduled for Saturday, July 6, due to predictions of high winds was rescheduled for the following day. The skies were partially overcast which helped keep the July sun from baking the 20 registered pilots and their families and guests. To everyone\u2019s relief, the winds were very light but variable, but didn\u2019t bother the jets or their pilots. Through out the day, the sky was constantly filled with the scream of high speed electric ducted fans as the pilots flew the 42 aircraft present.\u00a0<\/h4><h4>As usual at our events, Peter&#8221;s canteen was a huge hit at lunch time. During the lunch break, a draw was made for the GWS A-10 warthog donated by Con and a 50\/50 draw was also made. In its second year, the event has grown considerably and next year we may consider making it a full weekend. Hope to see you all there next year for another successful KRCM EDF Jet Rally. A rough count showed over 50 flyers and spectators were in attendance.
