AUGUST 16-17 2025

• The cost for the weekend is $20.00. 

• There will be a BBQ dinner on Saturday night.  The cost per ticket is $25.00.   The funds will be collected when you sign-in at the field.  

• Event  T-shirts will be available for purchase during sign-in at the event for a cost of $25.00   

• Available for breakfast will be the famous Egg McRolly’s both Saturday and Sunday morning, and the canteen will be serving lunch on both days.

• Local band Crossing Borders will be returning to provide music on Saturday evening for those who feel like dancing.

• On-site camping is available with plenty of space for everything from tents to motor-homes.  Note: there is no electricity or sewage hook-ups. 

• There will be a tailgate swap meet as well so bring your gently used items in order to try to find them a new home.

• There will be a 50/50 draw.

• AMR RC has generously donated the following raffle prizes:

  • Pilot RC Laser 103″ -35% – 90-120cc Kit

  • DLE 130 Twin Gas Engine With Ignition and Mufflers 

Raffle tickets for the kit and engine will be $10 each.  Note: these will be separate raffles.  You do not have to be present to win but you are responsible for shipping if you cannot pick up the prize in person.

• Bettschen Construction has also kindly donated a raffle prize.  They are offering a load of crushed stone (if you live locally and need some) or you can take a cash equivalent of $500.

Raffle tickets for the crushed stone (or cash equivalent) will be $5 each.

This event is closed to the public – only MAAC members and crew may attend. Invited guest(s) of a MAAC member are permitted provided they are supervised.
