The Kingston Radio Control Modellers are once again hosting the annual KRCM Giant Scale Rally for its 37th year at our flying field on the weekend of August 16th and 17th. This event is one of the largest giant scale aircraft gathering of its kind in Canada!
Online registration is now open! The process is simple: just fill out the form by clicking on the button below and then e-transfer (not PayPal) the entry fee to the following email address – krcm.giantscale@gmail.com.
Walk-in registrations will be accepted at the event.
Please note the we are receiving some reports from Apple iMac users running the Safari browser that they receive an error when trying to submit the form. To avoid any issues, please use a different browser such as Edge if you use an iMac.
For those who are still interested in purchasing a commemorative t-shirt or dinner tickets, we will be ordering extras but quantities will be limited.
The cost for the weekend is $20.00.
There will be a BBQ dinner on Saturday night. The cost per ticket is $25.00. The funds will be collected when you sign-in at the field.
Event T-shirts will be available for purchase during sign-in at the event for a cost of $25.00
Available for breakfast will be the famous Egg McRolly’s both Saturday and Sunday morning, and the canteen will be serving lunch on both days.
Local band Crossing Borders will be returning to provide music on Saturday evening for those who feel like dancing.
On-site camping is available with plenty of space for everything from tents to motor-homes. Note: there is no electricity or sewage hook-ups.
There will be a tailgate swap meet as well so bring your gently used items in order to try to find them a new home.
There will be a 50/50 draw.
We are planning for a raffle prize draw. Stay tuned for details.
This event is open to the public and all MAAC members, crew, and their invited guests. MAAC Event SFOC compliance is required.
